Spent the greatest new year in a fantastic hotel, surrounded by picturesque mountains and crystal, clear snow. Enjoyed the daily activities and the evening shows, which were extremely entertaining and well, organized. Loved the spacious, yet cozy room with all the necessary amenities, making our stay comfortable and relaxed. the location was perfect for skiing and snowboarding, with easy access to the ski lifts and a variety of slopes for all levels of experience.
The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful, especially in providing directions around the hotel. the food was average and lacked diversity, with limited options for vegetarians.

I had a great time at this hotel. The location is superb with easy access to slopes for skiing and a beautiful lake nearby. The hotel facilities are fantastic, especially the water slides, which my kids loved. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel is conveniently located near two nearby ski areas and is only a short drive away. the indoor pool and sauna are both clean and offer a great place to relax after a day of skiing. the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and some even feature a balcony.
The staff leaves something to be desired. There were some issues with renting skis, and some guests had problems with regulating the temperature in their room.

Spent New Year with my family and friends in a hotel in the Austrian Alps. The hotel offered excellent cuisine options and amazing wellness facilities. The afternoon tea was an added bonus. The hotel is located nearby ski slopes and ski equipment is readily available for rent. The spacious rooms and modern decor make the stay very comfortable. The nearby parking lot and shuttle services are very convenient.
The sauna area was always full, and we were unable to use it as often as we wished. The shuttle service timings did not work well with our schedule, and we had to walk quite a bit to the ski slopes.
